"I've been a loyal customer of Salad Days, ordering nearly five times a week. However, since the beginning of July, I've noticed a significant decline in both the quantity and quality of their offerings. Despite multiple complaints and polite requests, the team has shown little willingness to acknowledge or resolve the issue. I'm genuinely disappointed by their dismissive attitude. What once felt like a premium gourmet salad experience has now become deeply underwhelming. Unlike most responsible restaurants that value customer feedback and strive to improve, Salad Days appears to be moving in the opposite direction — ignoring concerns and damaging customer trust. Given their current standards, I can no longer recommend them. With many other healthy and reliable options available — such as Subway or other reputable restaurants — it's not worth paying a premium for what now feels like subpar food disguised as gourmet. They've lost my loyalty, and I’d caution others before placing an order."

"After shifting to Noida, I tried every possible salad outlet as I lovveee salads but I’d say Noida is pretty disappointing. We don’t have good salads here. The best option, however, is Salad Days. I always order from them and they never underwhelm me. I like how their salads are ORIGINAL and not some normal cafe trying to throw a bunch of ingredients. Their salads look like they put so much thoughts into them and are made by professionals. What you see in the picture is exactly what you get. What you see in the ingredients list is exact what’s there in your bowl. I can say this because I tried almost all the salad restaurants in Noida and Salad Days has to be my favourite. The amount of orders I make is insane. They should sponsor me already 😂 But I can’t help they’re so so good."

"DISASTROUS! I'm a regular customer here, but today's order was a MASSIVE letdown. The pita pocket was dry and difficult to swallow, and the Rise and Shine juice tasted stale and off. I had to toss it all in the trash, which was frustrating, especially after a long day's work. I'm disappointed and doubting if I'll order from here again. Hopefully, it doesn't make me sick. I want a refund for this miss."
